Not every state in Australia has an auction culture but we are seeing an increasing trend of it.

In their everyday roles as Buyers Agents and Property Investment Advisors, Bryce Holdaway and Ben Kingsley have seen many buyers who are either too afraid of the auction campaign or unsure of what to do.

Well, as Bryce mentioned in this podcast, auctions are a necessary evil. It favours the seller and the agent. But ultimately, as a buyer, you shouldn’t be afraid of it. Do your due diligence and embrace it with confidence but never turn down an investment grade property simply because it’s going to auction.
