Yes — if you already own an investment property, an Existing Investment Property Review is available as an optional add-on to the Property Pathway Plan.
The review is $550 inc. GST per property and may be tax deductible, depending on your circumstances.

Not neccesarily. The Property Pathway Plan is owner-occupier led and can support a range of household property decisions, including buying, upgrading, renovating, rebuilding, downsizing or deciding what to do with an existing property.
Not necessarily. You do not need to already own multiple investment properties. However, it is generally designed for clients who want to build a property portfolio to support their retirement goal and passive income and have the income, borrowing capacity and long-term goals to support that strategy.
That’s okay. The Property Pathway Plan is designed to help you make clearer decisions about your next stage. If your goals change or your position grows over time, our team can talk you through whether a broader Property Portfolio Plan may be more appropriate later.
