Today’s special guest, Brad is definitely not a quitter. Born & raised in Zimbabwe, Africa while experiencing a hyperinflation, it wasn’t a flowery path but Brad learned resilience and tenacity from a young age… He immigrated to Perth with the family when he was 19 and unfortunately, did not have an excellent start… An unfortunate event let him to a lump sum of $25,000 which thankfully, he invested in property! But… That property didn’t quite work out. He managed to recover the $25k and got another property. (Yay!) … but… That property didn’t quite work out either. Most people would have given up by now but no… Brad did not. He recovered the $25k and yes, he got another property. But… (it breaks our heart to say this) The third property STILL didn’t quite work out.

So… WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED?! 😱
