This was my first time participating in a webinar and really changed my mindset on how to build a portfolio. My name is Laurie and I’m a 26-year-old electrician who was lucky enough to buy my first investment property at 25. Before purchasing my property, I didn’t have too much knowledge of what’s involved in owning a property and I also had an old-school mindset which was “buy a property and pay it off”. While I had a bit of time on my hands, I was able to chuck on your podcasts and have been hooked, catching up on every episode you have posted. It’s still early days but I’m determined to go out and try to buy my 2nd property in the next year or two and with your help and key features, I feel a lot more confident in myself and if you plan everything out correctly, everything is achievable.
