Loved the book and I actually got this copy to give to a fellow new investor for Christmas and he is loving it so far! Ben and Bryce manage to cut all of the glitz and salesmanship out of property investing and focus on the key elements that can help guide anyone to financial freedom. I’d highly recommend this book to someone new to investing or an experienced investor.
