Before I read The Armchair Guide to Property Investing back in 2018, I only knew about one thing. Paying down your owner-occupied loan. Now, I have paid that off and have bought 2 investment properties over the past 3 years, which are geared positively and I can safely say that my partner and I are now rentvesters.
We realise that as we head into retirement in the next 5 years, everything the boys have spoken about in the books and their weekly podcasts will come to fruition.
