Love the work Ben, Bryce and the Stig (the heavy lifter) do. Have been an avid listener to all episodes often times on repeat (much to the displeasure of my wife). I had been to two seminars and had discussed buying an off the plan apartment in a newly under construction building, but after each meeting felt like things seemed a little too good to be true. I came across your podcast by chance and soon became hooked and have since jumped down the rabbit hole. The lessons I have learned allowed me to see through the fog from the selling agents and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the spruikers smile drop off his face when I told him I had been listening to your podcast. Needless to say I have not had any follow up calls from them. I have listened to plenty of other podcasts and read other investment books with differing strategies but I always come back to here where I started learning the fundamentals. My only issue is being unable to get my other half interested in the podcast. (Hence the 4/5) If you could release a short course on hypnotherapy to convince her at least to listen to the first 20 episodes that would be outstanding!
