After listening to last week’s podcast I felt compelled to write in, in support of Ben’s monthly RBA update. This is the highlight of the month for me to hear another property investor talking about the things I need to know. Ben may not have degrees in the subject, but his relevance is very high. I would like to hear similar commentary more often. In fact commentary on the week in property are the things I most like to hear. Whilst I am firmly in the DIY camp, I enjoy the weekly dose of confirmation bias I receive from the podcast. The chemistry that exists between Ben and Bryce is excellent. Many try to present similar information, but no-one matches the property couch for the easy conversational style that comes across. Keep up the good work. — Rob Bell, June 2020
