After listening to most of your episodes I’ve been increasingly concerned that you ALWAYS seem to be pro buying. But it can’t always be a great time to buy, surely?
Then just recently you did an episode where you strongly warned against the risks involved with buying in today’s market. You guys weren’t saying not to buy, just to be extremely careful as it would be easy to overpay.
So I’m now fully convinced you guys are not just another pair of salesman sprukers’ happy to vouch for anything, even if it isn’t a good option. You guys are here, fully of invaluable knowledge to truly and honestly help those of us wanting to make some solid investments. My future, no, my families future, and now some of my friends has now changed in an extraordinarily exciting and prosperous way, and for that I am forever grateful.
