After 6 years Sox thinking about it we finally purchased our second property
For the last six years we have contemplated options to sell an existing investment property, buy another investment or buy a home to live it (we currently rent). A few months ago we started listening to the podcast and have since listened to over one hundred episodes, read Make Money Simple, The Armchair Guide to Property investing and used the money smarts portal.
In the last week we confidently purchased a second investment property. The information we’ve learnt helped us understand our cash flow, borrowing power, select an asset in a growth area and made the whole process seem easy. Time is the secret sauce wink.
