Have been listening to these guys for about a year and have gone through every episode. Their ABCDs and first 20 episodes are a must listen for anyone purchasing a property(whether it’s a PPOR or an IP). Due to their advice I’m looking to purchase my first property and am looking to follow their recommendations. They can spuik buyers agents a bit and are obviously very bullish on property. (Makes sense it’s their business and careers). The attitude parts to investing are also a huge take away and have changed my thinking dramatically.
