Couldn’t rate this podcast more highly. As a late starter with 0 properties aged 42, I happened upon this podcast, quickly became addicted and applied the principles post haste! On my one hour walk one locked down Melbourne day I even teared up as Bryce talked about it taking a bit of grit to make things happen.
