Property investment 101. I don’t normally do reviews for these sorts of things but I wanted to make an exception for these guys. Thank you for your help so far in getting me started on my property journey. I discovered your books and your podcast a few months ago and I have been binging on them all ever since. Your advice on the four pillars of property investment opened my eyes to the fact that this process is both a science and an art form, and has helped me to begin to develop my own property investment strategy. If you haven’t done so already, do yourself a favour and go back to the first 20 episodes and listen to the boys unpack the basic principles they stand by when investing in property. It will open your eyes to some of the pitfalls that are out there for the first time or uneducated investor. On a different note It’s also great to hear another voice out there who bleeds a little bit purple.
