Excellent podcast for all levels!
I started listening on a friend’s recommendation during the Sydney Delta Lockdown because we were starting to think about buying soon but felt lost because we couldn’t afford our dream home yet and also because I didn’t have the faintest clue where to start learning the a-z of buying property! I can’t recommend this podcast enough for anyone just wanting to start somewhere and build knowledge. Even if not initially intending to invest Bryce and Ben explain how the market all works and make it so clear, motivating and achievable. The podcast is unbiased and genuine. Five stars for keeping me entertained during lockdown, educating me and giving me confidence to get my ducks in a row both with financials and knowledge of the market We are now almost ready to buy our first investment property soon! I also definitely recommend listening to the first 20 episodes first as advised. When questions come up recommend searching old episodes on the website that almost always cover the topic. It is such a valuable resource to have on hand. Thanks PropertyCouch Team!
