Everything you need to know about property investment can be learnt from these two blokes. Very educational with great banter (even though I don’t like the sports talk, it’s great to listen to them and have a laugh). I’ve been listening for a few months now and have gone back and relistened again and again. I’ve also purchased their book, which is also recommended. The podcast start off at 20 minutes each, but over the years they tend to get longer and longer. But it’s not filled with nonsense or advertising. And make sure you listen to very end for their sign-offs. Keep up the amazing work guys.
