The information provided really can in a meaningful way transform your life. Not in a ra-ra, happy clappy, lets get on the bling-train journey like so many other podcasts / advisors / spruikers that put out there the flash lifestyle of mulitiple property ownership and financial transformation, usually built on shaky foundations at best, i.e poor asset selection and questionable leverage strategies. Instead, Bryce and Ben are knowledgeable, calm, astute, good listeners, generous with their time and they give rock solid insights into the management of personal finances and how to best use these surpluses to make sensible, well considered, long term property investments that ultimaly will enable you to live a life of self-sufficiency and (if you know how to find it) hapiness. Beyond all of that, their values are a credit to them, they are family guys with their hearts in the right place who seek to better themsleves and others, this podcast is their platform to deliver all these great things and I can’t recommend it hightly enough. I have pretty much listended to all 330 episodes in the last few months, I’ll be sad to have properly caught up as that means I will only be limited to one per week. Keep up the good work guys, it is truly, much appreciated.
