Evidence is compelling…
To Bryce and Benji and team, firstly Go Pies (I know that will be hard to read for Bryce :), secondly thanks for all of the golden content delivered,while I have only been listening for the last 6 months I have tried to catch up as much as possible. The last episode around time being the secret sauce was particularly interesting. Then on the weekend at an auction in Holland Park West a house that was purchased for $9k in 1971 and is in original condition, sold for a touch over $1m ($1,005,000 to be exact). This is a compound rate of 9.7% give or take, if they had sold 10 years ago they would have missed that $500k!! Having just started our journey on the MoneySmarts system and one investment property in, I am looking forward to watching what happens over the coming decades as the time and land do the heavy lifting!
