Hey Ben, Bryce and of course the STIG: little ‘did you know’ you guys have been a huge part of my start to 2018. I started right back at your very first episode, and have just completed #162! You guys have been with me on my drive to and from work, walking on the beach, training in the gym, cleaning the pool/house; even whilst my girlfriend is trying to talk to me lol. I am a 30yo Gold Coast female with 1 property to my name, physio by day; podcast addict by night. In the early stages of the podcast I developed brain paralysis filling out pages and pages of notes, before realising this was not sustainable — my new approach — listening to ‘learn what I do not know’. You may find it interesting that I connected with your podcast because I have similar issues with poor professionalism and cookie cutter approaches in my industry; and an overall lack of individualised long term planning/approach. My first goal was to catch up on the podcasts before taking any further action, and now I feel that the journey has only just begun! I have already been preaching your messages to anyone that will listen to me, prevented friends from going down some horrible property pathways/ dealings with other ‘professionals’, and even refused to talk to a close friend until they started at EP 1! I am now having conversations with people from ALL walks of life, some very, very successful in their own right, and realising that too many Aussies really know absolutely nothing about property investment :o. About as much as people know about their own bodies and health. Thank you to The Property Couch, I hope to make you proud on this journey ahead! And I will keep sharing your messages with family and friends in the hope that I can bring them with me. I’m so very, very grateful that I found you guys before beginning my property investment journey! – Bec, March 2018
