Best learning resource! Highly recommend
Big fan of the podcast, the content is really worth your while! I’ve recommended this to all my friends and have recently got my partner into it too. I’m a young investor who recently got into property which was sparked by reading ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ but initially found it really overwhelming since there are so many spruikers around and didn’t know what information I could trust. Because of this I founds it really hard to find learning resources that taught me the fundamentals of property investing well. This podcast exceeded my expectations since it not only clearly explains the fundamentals of property investing but in every episode I learn even more things which really helps me build confidence. I’ve gained so much knowledge from not only Ben and Brice but also from listening to the highly knowledgeable experts that get brought into the show. The money smarts app is also very useful and a great place to start before diving into buying property. Really appreciate that these guys give so much time to helping others not make the classic mistakes in property investing:)
