Hey fellas and The Stig, just a short note to say thanks for the education over the last couple of years. Was onto this from your first 15 mins of fame, day one. From the podcast, I have now purchased our PPOR in a little seaside spot south of Adelaide as per Peter Koulizos (41% growth in the area in the last 10 years) then leveraged from a small renovation to purchase another on the coast as per Peter (39% growth in the last 10 years). Our property manager is the wonderful couple of Prue and Andy Muirhead thanks to another of your podcasts (Bryce you actually catch up with her at a bakery in the area we invested.) They put us on to her investment savvy mortgage broker who has been a fantastic addition to our “team” that we know well and trust. I drive for a living so vehicle university has been very beneficial to say the least so far. Have the first book and just ordered Make Money Simple Again, so keen to keep this as a reference ongoing.
