Hi Gents & Ivise, if I could give you a 6-star review I honestly would, as I think your podcast truly deserves it. I discovered you at episode 160 (or thereabouts) but quickly realised I need to go back and listen from the very beginning. I can definitely recommend to everyone that it is absolutely invaluable to start from the very beginning as there is so much GOLD – not to mention Ben’s early day language sign-offs! I always knew that property investment was the way to go, but never really understood the HOW. Bryce & Ben, along with their vast network of incredible guests provide a great framework and insight into money management, mindset and different investment strategies. The information in your podcast has saved my new wife and I from falling for the Spruker/Off The Plan trap and allowed us to see the importance of managing our money and trapping surplus. We are in our mid-20’s and this allowed us to pay for our dream wedding & honeymoon debt-free and almost have enough deposit for our first investment property.
