Hey Ben, Bryce and Stiggy. Guys, I just wanted to actually thank you for all that you give through your podcast and social channels. My wife and I are 31yrs olds, with a toddler, and we have been able to accumulate 4 investment properties and our dream home these past few years. I know it’s not the number of properties that’s important but we’re pretty pleased with the value too.
